Yes.There are many sparrows in the area i live.and everyday they do come in my bedrooms chirping and i feel nice. not only sparrows but there are many beautiful birds here.i have often seen kingfishers,cuckoo birds dozens of parrots,mainas and there are even robin babies on my terrace. they have made it their home. many many species i have seen here like even bharadwaj tiny colourful birds. i even have a few pictures of them. i feel lucky to stay here. i m very happy with this project and would like to help in this and share this information. i hope we all succeed.i would be happy to share any more information required about the birds here. only i wish the trees remain but some day it has to go if any construction comes up there. i wonder where all this natures beauty disappears.

Sparrows used to always built nest in our windows, but lately haven't seen any nest. I have seen Couple of sparrows trying to built a nest at my window grill.

My Mother used to feed them and she has also made a 'PARINDA' in which she fills water every morning so that birds can drink from it as it is very hot in summer here.Pigeons come there often but sparrows were very rare to be seen.
