I remember clearly, the summer days. I used to come back from the school and used to see a couple of beautiful sparrows, whose nest was there inside my long passage way and its is still there but now the sparrows don't reside over there.
When ever I go back my home, I still look for them.
The sparrows are beautiful and i miss their presence.

I lived in this area from 1991 to 1997, at that time i saw sparrows very frequently, sparrows were everywhere, and also nests. Later I went to other places and again returned to live here in 2006. From then I never saw a sparrow here. They were like gone.

I spot sparrows in & around my locality very often. I also have had sparrows & other birds like robin magpie & bulbuls nesting around my home. My father regularly feeds grain & water to birds. However, the numbers of sparrows spotted has decreased.

I usually saw a score of them often from the ring road, in the forested area that surround the PSR rock of JNU. Now I have not seen them for I think last one year. Since I am in Delhi for the last seven years that was the only place where I saw them, I do not know whether they are still there or not! I am afraid that recently many mobile towers have come up in the JNU campus. Now we all get full conectivity in our cellphones while earlier we hardly used to get signals. Is this the reason?
