Vill; Jhalmala, was visited on 25 Dec 2011 and a brief halt was made, during this stay about 70/80 sparrows were counted in area of about 100 mts stretch, but in smaller flocks of 2 to 10 birds, along the road.

Kodar reservior is visited 2/3 times a year. On 31 Dec 2011, no sparrows were seen , the reservior is surrounded by forests.
