One can see the sparrow at any time of the day. Because, the locality is most suited for these birds. Most of the houses in this area are old style and made up of local material which is most suitable to make the nest and living of sparrows. But, from last few year the situation is changing.

One male and one female house sparrow daily come to our frontyard of our house and spend most of the time.One year ago quite a good number of sparrows was seen in our locality and also around our house.

We used to feed the sparrows daily. One day when we were a little late in giving them food in our balcony, two sparrows entered inside our house and started making noise to wake up my mother who was sleeping on the sofa. We used to think that sparrows are not intelligent enough to create a bond with humans but that incident proved this common misconception wrong.
Also, a male sparrow used to come daily with his child and fed him.

well, 2 pairs of sparrows would pay their daily pilgrimage and used to bathe in the puddle below the tubewel at my home and they would play for hours by knocking with their beak on the mirror in the verandah. they used to fly in and out of the rooms, sit on the fan and used to eat crumbles of bread scattered on the verandah for the purpose.
