my child hood daily i saw.... but comming years... last few years never saw in large in numbers.. recently i saw to pair of sparrow in search nest..... but they come on my building gone....... not saw till today. Recently i started observing where i visit as an average i see one or two sparrow in search food... search of water....etc....

i have not seen a sparrow for a really long time, however when i visited this place i could not believe it that in the center of the city so many birds were chirping and hopping around. it was a different place for them and very secure, this mutt called as Marswamy gala mutta is a colony inside a temple aread in AV road ( also known as tomato market road ) near JC raod. this place is booming with them and people here have no issues with the frequent trespassing of these birds to their house as they always stay with their doors open for these birds.

i ask the govt. on my behalf to conserve them and prevent them from extinction.in order to save them,I too raised plants to give shelter to them and i was successful.they come very often and spend some time on my trees.

i have seen nets of sparrows in my home and in trees on the roadside and in the trees in the river bed, and in my wrok place, my wrok place is near to agri. land so, often i see the sparrows of differ. types and colors, and also nets in differ. styles.

I generally see a lot of pegions in my locality.
I see sparrows more when I'm returining from work in the evening and in my parking lot. I believe that they could be nesting there though I haven't directly observed a nest.
