Today was the happiest moment of my life. Saw close to 50 sparrows both male and female aroung 8 a.m. in our garden. Looked like Navi Mumbai Sparrows Conference! Some gathered on the fence, some were sitting on the plants and ground...seemed to be having some serious discussion.We always feed them cooked rice and also uncooked rice, biscuits,etc.
Got up early, made tea for mom and me and woke her up. Also showed her the sparrows. Mom was delighted :) It was a real treat to watch almost 50 sparrows today on Mother's Day :) Photos posted in Facebook page of Citizen Sparrow.
A mother sparrow is the epitome of love...cares for her chicks. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers.

sparrows who where our closest link to birds are been endangered in many towns and cities.this is only happenning in my area with house sparrows who were seen everywhere 4-5yrs ago.now they are not seen.they are seen very rare occassion.
this happens due to some merchants who are catching the birds and selling them in the bird house to keep them in the cage.but whoever the buyer would if he offers a golden cage also to any animal he/she will fly out because price is lower than independence.in my city,at station chowk,the sellers are sitting down the ulta pul and selling birds,chickens &many other dairy.this are the major reasons of apocolpse of birds in the town.
i am not purchasing birds that means not i love birds but i dont wanna keep them in cage.
So,for this time i will say this much only.till then,i wanna say only one thing,tha we shoul show tolerance and respect over the little showy creatures.
and my 3 biggest principles which i never forget in my life:
"HUSTLE";"LOYALTY";"RESPECT";END BUT NOT REAL BECAUSE THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING MY FRIENDS.BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111

Priyanshi- my friend's daughter is 8 years old kid, when she visited our house few weeks back she was curious to see clay nests fixed in our bungalow for Sparrows. She took 3 clay nests to her place and told my friend to fix them up there. She also took "kang" along with it and for the past 4 weeks she made sure that the fresh supply of water and "kang" is provided in their garden even when there were no Sparrows seen in her garden then. Now after one month, this afternoon she called up saying that " Kaka, I have got Sparrows in my garden and one couple has started nesting in"... she was super excited as she had seen House Sparrows for the first time in her life !!!! Incidents like this make us feel that future generation of Sparrows are in safe hands of kids like Priyanshi...

2. On 15 , however not as many birds could be seen as in past yrs.
