My brother-in-law's farm has some good variety of birds visiting it, including Oriental Honey Buzzard, Quails,Mynas, Singing bush larks, Parakeets etc, but NO SPARROWS.... Its a huge area of about 90 acres, ideal place for sparrows to breed...

An artificial clay nest was hung there at the Eco tourism center, I saw a nesting material inside and the person employed there told me that Sparrows had nested in last year, while there I saw a Sparrow couple making frequent visits near that nest, so might have started using that for this season as well...
