During my visit to beach of Mandvi on 15th of april 2012, I observe that housesparrows had made their nests under the roofs made up of long leaves of date palms. And they were roaming constantly here and there. Additionally as per my previous story I noticed that those sparrows were healthier and little bit bigger in size than those I observed usually around my home

me and my cousins love to play with home sparrows by giving them foods. one day ,our grandpa bought a sparrow but we don't like to harm sparrow .so , we let it go. now , i saw recently in sholinganallur.

odhav avenue, pramukhswami nagar, bhuj, Kutchch Bhuj Gujarat
during my visit to bhuj on 14th and 15th april, I observed a group of sparrow around my cousin's home. There were constant chirping in backyard indicating they might have nests there.I noticed one thing that these housesparrows were quite healthier and littlebit bigger in size than I usually observe them around my home at Gandhinagar.

Port Blair - several localities Aberdeen Bazar Port Blair Andaman and Nicobar Islands
These birds are apparently introduced to these islands and as may be expected of exotics, they have become extremely common (at least at the time when I visited Andamans). The birds were even seen nesting in tree-holes of road-side avenue trees in the town!

Stok, Leh Skitsal Hotel, Stok Leh, Ladakh Jammu and Kashmir
We were in Ladakh to attend a meeting from 16-23 June 2011 organized by MoEF, WWF. etc. on conservation of high altitude wetlands and stayed in a hotel in Stok, a short distance from Leh township. This 1st thing I noticed when we reached the hotel was House Sparrows hopping around us and in and out of the willow bushes or near the dog-pen. Took some photos. The ther most conspicuous bird was the ubiquitous Black-billed Magpie.
