Ajeet reports daily sighting of 600 to 800 sparrows , which come to roost near his residence.
Every flock has 1 or 2 chicks and overall he has recorded about 15/20 subadults chicks daily in last week.
Parents have been observed feeding them

Average sighting of about 100 sparrows in locality, on18 March 2009, a flock of 10/12 busy in foraging in backyard.A flock of 4 Indian Silverbills arrived and perched nearby.
Suddenly the sparrows flew and lodged a sort of attack on Silverbills and returned back , only after they were driven to a distance, An instance of food rivalary, sparrows did not want to share with Silvebills
