Once upon a time, there was a sparrow couple. A male sparrow & a female sparrow. Once, they wanted to have "khichdi". Both went to find ingredients for the same. Somehow, they managed to do so. The female one brought some "chawal" & the male one brought some "moong". They made a hot khichdi (without the "ghee" of course). They ate it and had a lot of fun. MORAL OF THE SPARROW STORY - SPARROWS ARE SUCH INNOCENT BIRDS AS THEY BELIEVE IN "LIVE & LET LIVE", SO HELP THEM SURVIVE, please..... Story BY Ami Badiyani.

In an around 2008, last time they nested in my home in gorakhpur during summer season. After that they never nested again.

Most sparrows do appear during November to January during harvest season.
In cities like Mangalore they form the nest during rainy season.
