I remember running to my window to see the chirping sparrows when i was a kid.a sparrow family had found a home on our ceiling outside and for generations they stayed on until they mysteriously disappeared after a few years.I remember sitting by my window and spending hours watching them.My family kept water and grains for the little ones every single day.i miss my little friends.is there any way i can attract them back to my home?i stay in Bangalore South(Jayanagar)and yes we do have a mobile tower just behind our house.is there any possibility of them coming back to us?

Early in the mornings, I was waken up by the sparrows conversations... It was so pleasant and I loved my space due to that.. My dad, mom , siblings and myself, we used to do exercises and music/instruments practise in the early mornings and I used to observe the sound of these sparrows atleast till it was 7.30am.
Its the mainroad on which our house is located. Its a busy road whole day but so silent from the night 11pm till morning 8 am. At 5 am, people start their vegetable business on the market cut road and its a lovely experience to just watch the selling/buying so early in the morning. Then comes the morning walking people where mostly all were very known people who bid a beautiful 'Hi' to my dad daily. Then its our time to start doing our daily routine of exercises and all... I start hearing the chirk of cute tiny sparrows from 6.30 am and they will be roaming happily from one window to other in our house till 7.30 am.. Then by 8 am starts the busy traffic and also our school time getting ready that i haven't noticed sparrows after 8am...
Its still fresh in my mind and i miss the sparrows chirk sound a lot...
For the past 7-8 years, I didnt find much sparrows around. As you said, only in the recent years the cell phone towers are set in that location. During my school days, there were no cellphones so i guess all the sparrows are disappearing only due to Tower radiations.
Please let me know if any way to get back the sparrows living as usual. I am ready to do them.

As I mentioned above, I like photography so whenever I get time I go out and take photographs of different things/birds etc.The region is blessed with lot of forest areas as this falls within western ghat range, a thickly forested area of evergreen forest because of heavy rain.my residential area has lot of trees so finding sparrows is not very difficult,its great fun to photograph these birds. but they come in groups of two to five members but rarely in large groups,cant say what is the reason of lac of big groups, still I am lucky to see these beautiful birds daily.

It's in my childhood days, they always fly around and keep on chirping in and around my house. There will be a nest in the first floor of our house, many times I've seen sparrow eggs and its kids in the nest. I really miss thoes days and the cute little chirping bird. :(
