Canal Road, 10 Kms long leading to Kanki of Korba distt Korba Chhattisgarh
First time I travelled on this road, on one side of the road people have constructed , temple and many huts, new and old.
In this inhabitated pocket sparrows were recoded aboput 40 in numbers , scattered

This was my first visit to the place to study the nesting site of Asian Openbills around Temple, here, birds had left.
Many other species were present, including sparrows about 30/40 in numbers. Also in a small house 3 active nests recorded
