we have a 10 feet by 10feet open area in our house. and often during breeding season(i guess)they use to fly in looking for place to make nests. we had a mirror hanging there and the birds would go on pecking the mirror. we had to cover the mirror cause once one of them got hurt.

Yes in the morning hours when i wake up i can see so many Gubbi's (sparrows) around my house, in fact they have built two nests in my house one in hall and one in lobby area
