i see sparrow nests occasionally , by occasionally i mean they came to lay eggs in the nest they have made in my house.this month i have seen them, i guess its a pair of sparrow which came every year and i am observing them from about 2 or 3 years, although i have seen their baby's die by falling out of the nest.

When we opened our living room window facing an empty site. We used observe a lot os sparows pecking at ground, probably eating seeds or worms. They used to sent on our wired fences & chirpy away. Lovely to watch & hear them. We as kids used to try to talk to them!!!

I think sparrow disappeared from cities due to lack of water and mobile towers also affect them.
