The locality I mentioned above is a calm place with free space & tress in and near our compus. I could see many other type of birds coming there to our back yard, but i could not spot any sparrows as of now. I will keep a box / grain & water to see if any sparrow turns up and keep you reported on same.

I moved to this home one month back and I have seen couple of sparrows in the morning times.
I am planning to put up nest for the sparrows on east facing.

My house has a small garden with a number of trees. Sparrows can be seen a couple of times a week, early in the mornings, flitting from one tree to another, along with a few Robins. Recently, I saw a young one being fed by the parent.
