I usually park the bike in the parking lot and one day i noticed these sparrows were playing above my bike and i got surprised that these Sparrows are still in Chennai.Then daily i noticed them they are searching for something eagerly and i have gone inside home and got some rice and cereals and kept nearby the bike. But they refused to take on that day.
Very next day i have found out that a nest was there near to my parking lot in a small tree.
So daily i see the same before starting to the office and they will be chirping everyday .
That was amazing and they have to be protected nationwide

Sparrow siting has become frequent after the year of 2010, as many houses inside the township got abandoned due to the industrial declining of the power plant, and many people started migrating to city areas nearby like that of Khambhat, Borsad and Anand. Another advantage was seen that many abandoned houses were left with broken window glasses as well as open windows, which i think helped the house sparrows to breed successfully after long years of dis-appearance from the observed area.

When i was 10 year old, one sparrow family of four lived in my uncle's home. They made a nests in my uncle home electricity meter box (it is little biger). We all realy enjoyed those days. Afterwards they sold that house. But till today we remmber those day.
