Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | I visited my village panayappatti, in pudukottai district in tamil nadu India, after a period of 2 years, I visited one of my relatives, when we talk about range of mobile towers, he pointed out that due to modern technology, we are losing many flora & fauna he cited the example of this sparrows. he told now a days seeing sparrows is difficult & he said due to towers only the sparrows are getting reduced in population. after that only i started watching the birds, i could spot only few birds during the period - Jan - 2010. after that i visited yearly once but i did not remember to watch these tiny birds. on seeing a article in The hindu news paper today ie. 11-3-13 I joined this forum. from now on i will start watching these birds. |
