| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | They were there around 2010 in groups of 5-15. But the number very quickly declined in 2010 and from 2011 onwards there have been no sparrows around. There are no nests and I believe this is all due to uncontrolled and unregulated urbanisation resulting from high level of human population in the area. The Human population has gone up due the floor system of selling homes. Where there were 20 families staying in the 1990's now there are 80 families with average family size of atleast 4 people. |
