| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | I live in this house and the house sparrows are nesting almost every year for last 6-7 years. At the moment there are 2 pairs nesting over my grill one in a nest box made by a conservation volunteer and another behind the grill. One more pair is trying to build the nest in a ventilator over the door which remains closed. Today I saw them fighting with a pair of Red vented Bulbul who apparently were there to find a nest location in a creeper where they had nested in the past also once. They use the grass blades and twigs and other material from Gul Mohar (Delonix regia) and Neem( (Azadirachta indica) tree growing outside the boundary wall.
I will report the number of chicks were added to the population on successful completion.
