I used to observe sparrows in my Lodi Colony house kitchen garden for almost 26 years and was apprehensive of missing them when I moved to Rail Vihar, Sector 56, Gurgaon. But sparrows thought I am a worthy friend and frequent it day in and day out and in fact, they make such a ruckus whenever bajra is not there and there are times when wife is forced to wake up from afternoon sleep to replenish the stock.
