| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | As a child (living in Punjab) the sparrows were an integral part of my life. Loved keeping grains and water for them twice and if need be thrice a day for them to feed on. But after shifting to Secunderabad 13 years back I observed that the numbers of sparrows was very less. needed to fill the grain bowl only once in 2-3 days. But the present place where i reside i can hear the birds chirping in the early hours every morning (which reassures me of being a little closer to nature). I have observed a variety of birds in the period mentioned period but few sparrows. |
