| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | There were atleast 5-6 breeding pairs in the building that I lived. The first time I moved in, I did observe a nest right of the window ledge made by the a pair of sparrow. The chick had hatched and every day I would wake to the loud noise made by the chick as it was visited by its parents to be fed. However hardly 5-6 days had passed when there was no sound at all and I saw a cat sleeping on the ledge and assumed the chick was devoured. However there were still around 5-6 sparrows I saw regularly feeding in and around the building. |
