Earlier they used to come to drink water from the pitcher we kept outside. I was such fun feeding these beautiful little birds. Now I rarely see them , just 2-3 in number that too very rarely. I have never seen any sparrow nest in our locality.GAIL India township is very green, if this is the situation in such places then imagine the scene in cities. Awareness should be created so that citizens can contribute to the well being of sparrows. |
