I belong to Guwahati, Assam. And I remember my childhood seeing lots of sparrows around my house. This is during the 80s and 90s. We had an Assam type house and I remember seing so many sparrow nests inside the house roof - which were made up of tin and wood. I have grown up along with sparrows. But sadly, as I am growing old and have reached late thirties, sparrows have vanished. So I want to controbute in whatever way and save these small and cute creatures.
