Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period?I still live in this queit locality for the last 5 years. I keep windows open for the sparrows to come inside too. They feed themsleves and are very non-intrusive, unlike pigeons. They chirp around the ledge where i keep the potted plants too-almost all day. In the evenings they are again hungry and come by the bedroom window facing the west. They do not mess up nor put up nests like pigeons. They eat after the crows, maynas and other birds have left the ledge. They do not get scared but all day they are flying around. I see between five to ten sparrows. At times when i go donw there may be around 15 or so flitting around. Gentle creatures and fun to watch.
