| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | Sparrows were in our house before we moved in. For over five years we had them living inside our house, in fact we could not operate ceiling fans in a room where they resided. They share our food, from the kitchen as well as where crops are winnowed or sunned. Usually they are the first to taste whatever is made. They become bolder while feeding chicks. Have had sparrows landing on our bodies( mine and wife's) and cherish the pics we could take of them. Contrary to common belief, they continue to take care of their chicks even if handled by humans. We had to pick up chicks who fell out of their nests and were happy to see them take wings. Probably the sparrows consider us part of their tribe |
