| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | This memory dates back to nearly 25 years ago when I was in my primary school. My mom used to prepare a plate with Rice and wheat corn for the three of us , me and my two brothers to offer to the sparrows in our house verandah, before we had our lunch, and we thoroughly used to enjoy inviting these cute little chirpy birds saying' ba, ba ' to feed on the grains. It used to be our favorite time pass activity. We also had a nest at some point on our very asbestos roof and we used to guard it from the attck of the cats. Thsoe days were lovely. I wish we have our sparrows back. |
