| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | The place I was staying at, has many trees within the complex and outside the houses. There are a few nearby hills with quite a lot of vegetation. There is an old jasvandi tree in the residence with lots of leaves. This tree provides a strong camouflage for at least a couple of nests of sparrows on it. Chirping of these birds is maximum during the early morning and late evening hours. This is a very welcome and pleasant music to the human ear which is bombarded with sounds such as from vehicles, industrial machines and airplanes. I would like to visit this place more often. |
