I regularly keep grains (rice, broken wheat etc., ) and water in a bowl for sparrows. But due to pigeon population (8-10)in our area, they are consuming the grains within 10 min and bathing in the water bowl, and not allowing sparrows to eat grains or drink water. For this reason yesterday (01.04.2012) arranged a small room (6'x18'x6')like block with sand bricks and provided small space so that only sparrow can pass and have water and grains.
