| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | During the period in 90's I used to see more than 100 sparrows in my building itself. There is a Jamun tree in front of my balcony where in the morning and evening i used to see more than 100 sparrows and their chirping. But now a days I cannot find more than 30 sparrows. The main reason for extinct is that the sparrows are not able to build the nest as they used to build it earlier. I am trying to save the sparrows by providing them the food on daily basis and if there is a nest i make sure that no one removes it. A little bit of proper measures taken in my area can increase the population of the sparrows. |
