Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period?The area i'm reporting about is an industrial area with a large Number of Manufacturing units and ISPAT(steelplant). However,it also has a lot of trees, flowering as well as fruit as well as surrounding Farms and village. i have observed Sparrows at my workplace which is a Manufacturing unit with open curing watertanks. There they can be spotted often along with an exiting array of other birds like kingfishers, herons, bulbuls etc. as well as a variety of butterflies and insects. I have also spotted themon a recently, though badly constructed kalmeshwar bypass road which runs through agricultural farms though the industrial area is busy during the day, it virtually emptys by evening. there are also a number of tanks, wells and even bordering farms and large open spaces. This is the opposite of the residential picture with dense closely packed houses,longer cellular and wi-fi usage, cemented courtyards and covered water-reservoirs.
