Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | I have around 10 Sparrow nest from Wood, Card board, Pepsi bottle (1.5 or 2 Liter) etc. mounted near by near in my balcony. Around 14 Sparrow stay there & give birth to new babies frequently. Fortunately we had planted 20 to 25 Trees in past in front of my flat & today we are flooded with birds of different species apart from sparrow.
I have bought around 300+ card board nest from some NGO & distributed to friends. Due to big opening in that box (3X3 inch) sparrow were not nesting there. Recently I made that hole small to 1.5 X 2 inch & they have started nesting.
So my suggestions is to see the design of nest practically.
