| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | Sparrows! one of the most curious and yet the most neglected birds around us... In my locality, i have around 3-4 places where sparrows build nests every year. Sometimes they come into the room and I get lost in their world of chirping and fluttering everywhere and anywhere... One such incident made me upset. i have a dusty old room filled with books and old things all over. We usually keep its windows closed. One night, while fussing with books in that room, i found a dead Sparrow Male, which might have died only a few hours ago.. I had o clue as to what might have happened. But soon I got it. There was a broken window pane through which it might have entered, but couldn't find a way out... Thats my best guess. But What can I do for such incidents? How am I supposed to help these innocent birds? From then on... I keep a window always open in every room.. |
