Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | The sparrows account for one among nearly 85 varieties of birds that I have been able to spot in and around our farm. The area is green with dense tree cover. Additionally, we have some palm trees inside our courtyard and these have been completely colonised by sparrows. I therefore see them busy all the time, flying in and out. New chicks are born and fly away. Sometimes eggs fall out of nests and break on the ground due to competition from other birds (starlings, drongos, pigeons, doves,and the odd treepie, etc). |
