| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | For the last 3-4 years, sparrows visit the lemon tree in our backyard only during winters. Rest of the year, they are nowhere to be seen. Whereas earlier, they were present the whole year, probably some had nests in the lemon tree as well, since their morning chirping was a constant feature. I miss their chirping. The eerie silence when I wake up in the morning, making the sparrows' chirping conspicuous by its absence, seems quite ugly. Hey birds, please come back. |
