For the last one month during our morning walk ( me with my husband who is also a professor of Environmental Science) in the campus we had been observing a variety of birds. In Hisar it is quite common to see local people spreading grains and flour for birds and insects in open areas near some bushes and herbs. That really works. Last week we were thrilled to spot one house sparrow in the campus near Teaching Block. For 2-3 days we could see just 1-2 birds. Today we could see around 5-7 sparrows.
