BITS campus Pilani Rajasthan
Sparrows are in plenty in and around BITS Pilani campus.
But at a time I have sighted a few e.g. 5-7 of them maximum.
I have been observing them since past 4 months since I joined the campus as a faculty member. I have not come across their nests though. They come very close to you especially near tea centres inside hostel premises. I am seeing them after a long time.
Other than sparrows there is good bird life here as well, notably, black naped woodpecker, Alexandrine parakeet, wire tailed swallow, Indian Grey hornbill, spotted owlets etc.
