I have been lucky to have sparrows around me since childhood. their number was going down a few years ago..around 2007-08.. that was the time me and a few friends decided to get them back. we installed sparrow homes in my locality and they have been using their new homes since then and the population has increased too. i have 4 regular breeding homes for sparrows just around my house and many more natural homes like roofs etc in the nearby locality. I am very happy to see so many people giving support to my favourite bird. I would be happy to be of more help if needed.
