In Indalpur village, 3 to 4 km form campus quite a number of pairs were seen. On 06/04/2012 atleast 12 pairs were seen. Many were nesting. When the roof was of long grass, certinly nests were found with eggs. I even found a nest from the pants pocket of a person,Many young ones were also found. They appear to be thriving.
They are living with the people. Nest are found wherever holes or crevices are found the nests are clumsy.
