Arefa Tehsin - Panchwati Madhuban Udaipur Rajasthan

My father Dr. Tehsin informed that our home (total area of which is a little less than a bigha and we have a variety of fruit and other trees in the compound) in Panchwati locality of Udaipur was frequented by lot of house sparrows. Over the last few years they'd totally disappeared. Now again a group of sparrows has appeared and they frolic in the daytime. Around 30 of them roost at night on a couple of bamboo clamps in the garden.

There is a bulb with a shade that hangs outside, on which sparrows have been trying to make a nest since last year. They bring the twigs and they fall off, but they've remained persistent. The artificial nests are not used by them.
