Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | At the outset I started observing only recently after coming to know that some kind of census of sparrows is being attempted and World Sparrow Day was observed. The sparrows are seen usually between 7 a.m. to 8 a.m in the morning just outside my gate. One old palmolein tin I tied to the window turned out to be a nest not actually for sparrows, but for some other kind of birds, whose names I dont know. Over the past 5 years as many as 6 sets were hatched. Two more were hunted by crows. |
