| Tell us more about yourself | I love nature. I share the concern that house sparrows are disappearing from around us. But not at our house. My two daughters have a bigger passion for nature. All left over boiled rice, bread and biscuit crumbs are not thrown into the dust bin but put on the compound wall, along with a bowl of water. We actually see three/four breeds of birds including sparrows, come and eat, have a nice dip in the water, fly off and then come again for more. The sparrows are spotted every day.
On the terrace, my daughter keeps a big bowl of water and lots of grains. All kinds of birds come, feed and have a bath. |
