I stay on the 6th floor & I see few sparrows (2 or 3) in the last 2-3 months coming to my floor daily. I have kept a vessel filled with water & refill it daily.
I have also kept a cardbox, 10x10x10 inches with small holes so that sparrow can enter. But I see that sparrows come near the box but don't dare to enter.
