Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | My daughter Shivani teaches in a school in the Sujan Singh Area, and sparrows are often seen in the school garden which is close to the old Sujan Singh Park flats. Being an old building it probably has suitable nesting places as the sparrows fly into the building and out into the school grounds .
It is my appeal to all people who construct their own independent houses - Please make some nook or corner of the exterior of the house sparrow - friendly where they can build nests. Most modern buildings simply have no places where house sparrows may nest. If possible, do plant some trees and leave food and water out for the birds. |
