| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | The sparrows in groups of 5 - 10 visit the terrace of our house daily in the morning. They used to eat the leftovers we place for them in the parapet wall. From my observation, I found that apart from the normal foods like cereals or rice, sparrows have a liking for the coconut. We used to put the broken coconut shells in the terrace. They will have some coconut which escaped from them grilling. The sparrows show some liking towards that and they keep on chirping inside the shells to take the remaining coconut pieces from that. |
