| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | From my living room, we are able to see sparrows coming and sitting on the window box grills on and off. We have potted plants placed on the grill. My mother puts cooked rice for 1-2 crows which come everyday and caw at the grill. Once in a while a sparrow may also come and eat it. They sometimes nibble on the plant leaves (not seen this in some months now). Our building is about 30 years old & we had lived here all along.
Outside our building on J. P. Road, there is Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro constrcution going on as well as some HDIL building construction.
Yesterday I had read about this site in the newspaper & today while having evening tea, around 4:30 p.m. we saw a sparrow at the grill briefly. So, writing this. |
