| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | As a child, I would encounter numerous sparrows in the building area every morning. They would be quite fearless and one could walk past them at a distance of about 1-2 feet.
I first noticed a decline during the early 90s, when the numbers dwindled, and now I never see sparrows in groups at all. Just s stray bird here and there. They are also easily frightened when alone and one cannot approach them anymore. |
