Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | Observations 1.Whenever flocks of Cattle Egrets, Asian Pied Starling Rose Ringed Parakeets and Common Myna, pass over the localit , going to roost, in evening hours , they are immediately followed by the sparrows present and would chase them for 100-150 feet , then would return back. 2.Flocks of Myna & Parakeets are invariably accompanied by sparrows, these shuld be the birds chasing them from other localities. 3. On 18 Jan 2007, at Mainswitch box, where earlier a brood was raised, again mating was observed, male mounted 9 times 4 failures. thereafter male entered the old nest, followed by female. |
