Sparrows gradually declined in our locality. They stopped nesting in our balcony. They would often come, looking for insects among the potted plants, or they would roost in the tree in front of our house. But day by day we could feel they were declining. Since 2005, however, I dont remember seeing any more sparrows around our house in Green Park.
