Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | I used to put bread crumbs, grain and small pieces of chappati for the birds and noticed that during that time period sparrows used to come in the balcony and eat them. There was also this tall creeper of Madhu Malti, which was quite dense and often we used to see sparrows flying and hiding in it. They had their nests in it. But people got it cut, despite my raising objections. I also observed till a few years back two places where they used to build nests, one amongst the T.V cable wires below in the building and one in the crevice of the stairway, but they haven't come and made their nests for a long time there now. |
